    Half an hour well spent! This course is so relevant to all aspects of life, not just fitness goals. However, what I am most looking forward to is upping my professionalism a notch by sitting down with clients and defining their individual goals and the strategies we need to adapt to achieve them. This will give my clients focus and, as a consequence, benefit my business.
